Summer 80m SSB Contest - 08 April 2020

Thank you for entering the first of our Summer Series 80m Contests. We were pleased to receive over 60 entries for this first event.
As this was the first event using 6-character locators, we expected to encounter some 'issues' during the adjudication process - we were not disappointed !
Congratulations to Vidas LY2SA on winning our first of these contests with a very large lead. Many of us found the six-character grids not so easy (including myself), and we hope that it adds an extra challenge which you will enjoy. TNX for the new Summer Series Contest! -- DG9BEO noisy band,stay save -- DL1ATZ many qrm this evening in JN58 -- DL1PAN Good contest but perhaps a bit early for 80m? -- EI7GY Condx good for first half hour. SD again worked FB -- EI8CE Started late, noisy band. -- G0JJG Just a quick half hour before dinner :-) -- G0KYS using E15d1 SD logging software -- G0WWD Very enjoyable but noise level was very high . -- G1P Interesting timing for band use but was fairly busy Enjoyable session as always full locator swap great idea.
