Feedback from the Adjudicators

Our adjudication software enables us to publish provisional Results online within 30 minutes or so of the end of the 24-hour log submission deadline. Despite clear, widespread publicity, each year some entrants who might have been well placed unfortunately do not submit their logfiles in time.
Before we can finalise the results, each year we also have to deal with a number of logs which cannot be immediately adjudicated - often due to incorrect Cabrillo format or similar issues. Working with the entrant, we do our best to include these problem logfiles. The UKEICC team apologise to the operators of EI0W and GM5G, whose Multi-op entries we were unable to accept this year. Since the start of COVID, we have not accepted Multi-op entries, as stated on our Rules page. However our Log submission robot, incorrectly, still had a 'Multi-op' option. GM5G (2M0SQL, GM1TGY, MM0HVW) made 1002 QSOs with 254 mults to score 653288pts and EI0W (EI5JQ, EI7KD) made 614 QSOs with 203 mults to score 324800pts.
We intend to accept Multi-op entries again, starting with the April 2023 DX CW contest.
