Thanks to everyone who entered the first 80m CW contest of 2018. We are very pleased to have a record number of entrants this evening and a record number of QSOs made in the 60 minutes - thanks everyone for your support! Welcome to some first-time entrants and Happy Birthday to regular entrant Allan GM4ZUK/GM4Z! Like many of you, here near Inverness I found conditions very good for DX. Congratulations to Allan GM4Z (GM4ZUK) on winning Overall and the High Power section, also to Drasko HG1G in second place. Congratulations to Sandi S57KM on winning the Low Power section with Allan SM5CSS in second place. Also to Alan M7R (G0TPH) on winning the QRP section with Al G3ZBU in second place. Everyone's UBN file has been e-mailed to them. We are pleased to welcome Tim G4FJK/G8X and Stewart GW0ETF/GW4J as new Adjudicators, which will allow us to run a rota system (you'll also not have to endure my rambling commentaries every month, hi) We are in the process of recruiting two or three more Adjudicators.
