RESULTS - 27th April 2016 - CW

Thanks for entering the final contest in the 2015-16 series of UKEICC 80m contests. Conditions were good, with lots of EUs active and low band noise. What's becoming evident is that entrants seem to do better in this type of contest when they're far from the main centres of activity, with the top four (combined) entrants being in Continental Europe, and the top three UKEI entrants being in GM. Of course, that could all change. Had to do the contest with Win-Test in CQ WPX mode and then frig about with the Cabrillo file. What a faff. I just hate having to use N1MM for these contests! -- G3TXF SD working with K3NG arduino keyer. FB. -- G3ZBU Got into a tangle with trying to alter cw messages on the fly. That will teach me :-(( Anyway it was steady tonight. Noise was a bit high but most inter G were fine. -- G4BYG much better propogation this evening. I used SD as usual with no problems. -- G4DDX Great fun! I do enjoy these little contests. Thanks to all for the points. -- G4DRS Thanks for a great season of 80m contesting. -- G4FJK Good start but very slow in last 30 mins -- G4RCG A very enjoyable series.
