RESULTS - 26th April 2017 - CW

Thanks for entering the final 80m contest of the 2016/17 series. Entrants this evening had to endure their annual CW callsign copying test by having to copy our DXpedition callsign GS0NWM. Here on the Island of Mull (IO76ej, EU-008, NM73) there was long skip, so I worked a lot of Eu stations. However the downside of being on a DXpedition was that 6 stations did not realise I was in a contest and did not send me their grid locator :-( Update 2nd May - sorry for the delay in finalising these results - corrected UBNs will be sent out by e-mail today. The UKEICC team hope you have enjoyed all the 80m contests (and the DX contests) in the 2016/17 series. We welcome your suggestions for improvements to the rules or format of these contests. We have some exciting innovations in the pipeline for 2017/18, however we will avoid complicating these popular simple contests. great fun good condx -- DF4XX TS 850 S - 2x 195m - Doppelzepp - Hühnerleitung -- DL2ZA Good Condx. tnx for all Qsos see you all in September using SD like almost tnx Paul -- DL8UD Nice conditions, thanks and see you next year. 73 -- EI5KF Enjoyable hour on the radio. Used SD for logging -- EI6BT Good band conditions, plenty of continental European stations, a nice finish to the season -- EI7GY I received a number of IO93 squares ..I hope they were real and not the default for modified n1mm!! -- G0AAA Enjoyed using SD Didn't get to run this time. -- G4BYE Much better this evening but not many EI heard by me A good end to another contest series.
