80m CW Contest - 29th January 2025

Thanks for everyone who joined us for the January CW event. Conditions were reported as good for longer distance contacts at the expense of weaker signals inter-country. We know of several of our friends in EI and the UK impacted by Storm Eowyn, and we share with them our thoughts and best wishes. The next 80m SSB contest of 2025 will take place on 5th February, starting at 20:00 UTC.

Only a little EMC noise from my neighborhood. -- DF5EN Best QRB is 1586km for OH5ZA at KP21SA -- DL1EAR Always great fun such a short telegraphy contest. Strong signals this evening and not too much noise. . -- DL2OM Best QRB is 1570km for OH5ZA at KP21SA -- DL5JQ Using the same call from a diffrent location with a different locator is a nighmare. I think nearly 50% asked 2 or 3 times regarding the loc. Love call history files. But it was fun. Tune your ears! -- DM6EE Very busy tonight -- EI3ER Good condx tonight and a good mix of stations calling including a few new faces.
