80m SSB Contest - 7th September 2022

Well done to those stations who took part in this first 80m SSB contest of the 2022/23 season. Conditions were very noisy and band conditions were poor, so congratulations to Uwe DL8UD for getting the top score. Also, well done to Gerwyn MW7FON who made 35 QSOs in the 10w QRP section, and a warm welcome to David EI6IQB who was licensed less than a year ago. Don't be put off by band-conditions last night - it will be better in the winter months (I hope so). The next 80m contest is CW on 28th September. Very very big QRN this evening, but many Station from EI/G Qrv. Tnx for Calling see you all into the CW Part -- DL8UD Very noisy here. -- DM6EE Very noisey band conditions with lots of static. -- EA6/GM3ZDH a pleasure as always! -- EI4KU Noisy, but good to hear plenty EIs -- EI5KF Rookie -- EI6IQB Bit noisy, but very enjoyable. Looking forward to the rest of the season.
